Returns & Refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@geeagrace.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return request.
RETURN PERIOD
We offer a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return their package without providing any reason.
These 14 days begin from the date the package is delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition suitable for resale, with all original tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return your order and opt for a refund. You can then place a new order separately.
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it usually takes 7–10 business days after processing.
Once your return arrives at our address, we process it within 10 working days. After the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@geeagrace.com.
Our team will assess your request and determine the appropriate resolution.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T RETURN?
The following items cannot be returned:

Any underwear garments (including socks)

Perfumes without their original plastic seal intact

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Items returned after the 14-day return window

Items returned worn or damaged without prior communication with our customer support team
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
RETURN COSTS
Returns are made at your own cost, depending on the courier and the country from which you return your package.
We are not responsible for any customs charges (import duties or taxes) associated with returns.
You are responsible for ensuring the return shipment reaches us. Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking information until your return has been confirmed as received. We are unable to assist in cases where tracking or proof of shipment cannot be provided.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once your return has been delivered to our address, it will be processed within 10 working days.
You can monitor your return shipment using the tracking number provided by your courier. After your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
